Mrs. Agula-Marquez has been working with families for almost 25 years. Dr.. Aguila-Marquezand has been a psychotherapist for 20 years. She has won various awards including the 2019 Miami Counseling Award, 2019 Doctoral Research Fellowship Award from the Center for Human Rights & Social Justice and the Kolasa Community Leadership Scholarship. She has dedicated the last 10 years to advocating for child 0-5 and children with diverse experiences by passing on her knowledge and expertise through professional trainings across the state.
Ms. Wilson earned her Licensure in Clinical Social Work in 2020. Ms. Wilson graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Barry University in May 2017 following a three year mentorship with Dr. Aguila-Marquez and specialized study and experience in Diversity, Gender and Trauma. She also completed her Bachelors in Liberal Studies with a Specialization in Psychology. Mona is both an ally and advocate for diverse populations. She is dedicated to assisting all children, teens, adults and parents in navigating their identity development and overall adjustments toward living a fulfilled life.
